“That noise I heard earlier at the camp, what was it all about?” I asked Thomas as soon as I saw him approaching the tent, followed by a flushed Mia.
He replied, "Oh, well, Mia came to look for you. But I have already taken care of it." He waved it off.
I looked at Thomas, shocked. "What did you do?"
"She's the daughter of one of the Blue River Clan elders," Thomas explained. "And her relationship with Ava and Quill is...complicated."
My eyes widened with surprise. "What kind of relationship are we talking about here?”
