Quill's POV
I had always had feelings for Ava, and had always considered her my future wife.
“Why haven't I seen Ava around?” I had asked one of my Blue River Clan friends one day.
“Haven't you heard?” he'd replied. “Her Dad, the Alpha had forbidden her from leaving her house because she's been seeing some of the Shadow Clan members.”
He'd then added, “I have also noticed that your sister has also been meeting up with a Shadow Clan wolf.”
I'd been shocked by what he said. “I’ve always considered Mia to be a level-headed and responsible woman. How come she's suddenly acting so irresponsible and getting involved with such dangerous people?” I thought.
I had then frowned at him and defended my sister, “No, Mia wouldn't do that. It's a misunderstanding.”
Soon I started to suspect Mia.
