CHAPTER 20: ROAD TRIP

The trip started, but not as the same way Tina had thought of. Ranvijay showed to the world that he was in a relationship but left the question hung in mid air about the girl.

Tina was tensed as she knew there would be people going to all extents to know about her identity. The trip that was supposed to be relaxing became a thing to worry about. She knew that people won't know who she is this easily and Ranvijay would do everything in his power to protect her but what about him.

Everyone knew Ranvijay's life was hidden under ten folds. No one knew what his personal life looks like, he was never spotted anywhere except for the functions he was supposed to be in. He was famous for maintaining a low key life even after being so influential and when media who leave no stones unturned to know more about him.

She was looking at him from time to time. It had already been three hours since they left office and had the lunch as planned.

Ranvijay is the best boyfriend anyone could have every asked for. He made to be with her at every second of her life.

While having there food, to be precise that Tina was fed by Ranvijay what he insisted upon doing as he loves it, they talked about the events that happened today and how Tina didn't attend the meeting. Ranvijay was supposed to tell her everything that happened in the meeting but couldn't tell her more than two points which took Tina by suprise, because no way on earth it is possible that only two points could be discussed in a four hour long meeting.

When poked and being forced by Tina Ranvijay admitted there were a lot of things more but he didn't remember it at all. And when he told her the the reason for that Tina couldn't help but feel to fell more for him.

He told her bluntly that he was not able to concentrate on the meeting and after the two points that he listened it was her text that came and after that he lost his concentration completely and was just sitting in the conference room without knowing what was happening.

But this made Tina tensed as she knew that now Pranay and Yousufa would not leave any chance of not telling her what happened in there and she ditched the meeting trusting Ranvijay that he would tell her whatever they were going to do on the photoshoot but now Ranvijay was also blank about the project. She was sure as Pranay and Yousufa would deliberately mess up with her or either won't tell her what are the details of the shoot.

As in sensing her worries Ranvijay ensured her that it was just him not paying attention to what was going on, the others were listening and Ronit would tell her everything that she needs to know. After listening to this Tina felt a little at ease.

After that there lunch was all good talking about random stuff and laughing while remembering the faces of the people when they saw Ranvijay and Tina kissing.

During this time with Ranvijay, Tina realised how big a foodie he is, completely opposite from the Ranvijay the world thinks him off. A person who would be just living on salads and diet food, but no Ranvijay gave importance to fitness but also loved to enjoy the life, so he used to eat whatever he wishes for and specially street food. He values his family amd friends a lot. He looked like a guy who would be having no friends but in contrast he had a lot of friends Tina was yet to be introduced too.

This time when they left Tina was on the shotgun and Ranvijay behind the wheels following the navigation and humming the song playing on the radio.

He knew something was off with Tina but she was not telling him, he glanced her way from time to time to check that she was fine or no. Ranvijay was kind of aware that it must be related to the incident that happened earlier in the day but didn't want to do any assumptions.

He stopped the car, and looked at her. Tina was shocked by his sudden actions and turned her head to face him. The second she looked in his eyes she knew the reason Ranvijay stopped the car was that he could sense her worries.

"I am fine" she said.

He looked at her once.

"We are not going anywhere, unless you tell me what's wrong." he declared.

"Promise me, promise me that... no matter whatever happens between us you won't leave my hand, you won't leave me alone." fear was evident in her voice.

Ranvijay didn't said anything but instead pulled her close to his chest and rested his lips on hers.

He kissed her passionately, deeper and deeper as in pouring everything he wanted to say but couldn't say in words. His kiss was deep, caring, passionate, loving and proving that he will always be by her side, not leaving her hand.

Their kiss became deeper and deeper, and almost became a make out session.

Till now they haven't had s*x, but ad intense make out sessions and foreplay and the kiss was leading to another one when Ranvijay pulled apart.

"We are on a highway, someone will notice us". he said backing off.

Ranvijay also backed off because if didn't then he would not have been able to control himself any more.

She had always been irresistible and now it was proving more.

He knew Tina was insecure of his love for her, she was jealous of other girls and there was also something in her past that always haunted her and was the prime reason of her insecurity apart from being cheated by Pranay.

Ranvijay was determined to make her forget everything that happened to her in the past, and make her believe that he belonged to her only. He was sure to do whatever it takes to make Tina feel secure of his love for her, because everytime she questioned him about whether he would leave her with tears in her eyes his heart broke. He would make her feel that no matter what he will never leave her.

The second they entered the hotel room, he locked the door as swiftly as he opened it the second they both entered.

Ranvijay leaned Tina on the door, devouring her mouth and showering her with extremely intense kisses.

Tina's POV:

Ranvijay was controlling himself whenever we were about to get more intimate. I know he has his own reasons, he told me that he wanted me to forget about Pranay first completely and when I am over him and decide to be with Ranvijay forever then only he would move further.

His reasons were right and he respected me and my consent but now it is being hard for me not to be with him completely. I have already moved on from Pranay and don't feel anything for him anymore, and now I am completely ready to be with Ranvijay for the rest of my life.

The last two months have been the best of my life, but there is always this insecurity inside me that what if he also will leave me!! Just like everyone else did. Whoever I loved always left me alone, everyone said they loved me a lot and will stay with me forever but no one actually did, they all left me alone to face this cruel world. What if... if Ranvijay will also leave me, this thought always haunts me.

I want to have Ranvijay now, completely all to myself, I need him to make me feel like he is always gonna stay by my side not only from his words and aslo from his actions.

The second when we entered the room he pinned me against the door and kissed me hungrily, like his life depended on that kiss.

Ranvijay not only taught Tina how to love but also how to live life and that too without regrets.

They tried countess number of different foods none of them had ever had, did adventure sports, getting wet in the rains, talking the entire night about things, sharing their good and bad experiences, unraveling their past discussing their future and what not.

All in all this trip was the best for Tina till now as she got to know what travelling actually meant.

And for Ranvijay it was best because he was travelling with Tina, and he always loved spending time with her.

The weekend flew away quickly and now it was time for both of them to head back home.

None of them wanted to leave but couldn't do anything. They bid their goodbyes to the resort staff with a promise to visit again in the future.

Tina was sleeping in the car and Ranvijay was driving, seeing her sleep peacefully his heart smiled.

But a fear gripped his heart, fear of losing her because of his lies, fear of living a life without her.
