I count the footsteps when she turns around, leaving me again. One, two, three, four, nope I can’t do that. I can’t let her go alone, not now and I don’t think ever. I grab her by her waits and pull her over my shoulder.
Do not scold her, Do not scold her, I am trying to stay calm while holding Neomi over my shoulder as I move towards the car. There is no way in hell that I am sending her alone now wherever she wants to go.
