Disasterous Meeting

As the princes enter the room the atmosphere was suddenly filled with the nobility as the girls struggled not to oogle the princes with they're eyes.Among the princes two stood out most the eldest prince Azrail Akane and the second eldest Alexander Akane.Both were giving out aura's of people you don't want to mess with.But both however had different personalities and charms to them, Azrail had seductive yet sharp red eyes which were as red as those of a ruby's with jet black hair and a tall,lean,and muscular body which practically made girls drool,as for the second eldest he was impressive and stunning as well with platinum blonde hair,emerald green eyes which shone under the light and a muscular body similar but a bit smaller to his elder brother.

The brothers started introducing themselves one by one starting from the youngest to the oldest.I am Liam Akane the youngest prince.I am Thorn Akane the second youngest.I am Alexander Akane second eldest.And I am Azrail Akane the eldest prince, just like that they were done and took their seats.After which the lords and nobles which took a few minutes since they're were only about twenty of them.Alright ladies the mistress spoke, you will introduce yourselves one by one and remember the rules only speak if you are asked questions if not then you may get off the platform.The ladies introduced themselves one by one.when it was one of the ladies earlier Lady Elisa tries to seduce the princes by lowering the shoulder strap of her dress and bites her lip but is humiliated when Prince Liam asks her Miss did the tailor of your gown not sew it according to your size which is why your shoulder straps keep falling? This causes the other girls to snicker at her failed attempt to seduce the princes and she ends up as red as a tomato.One by one the other girls introduce themselves,others caught the attention of a prince,others disdained by them,and others end up being utterly humiliated,when it is Amelia's turn she curtsy's gracefully,smiles and introduces herself but with no interest and a bit of disdain in her voice but apparently she caught the attention of both the eldest and second eldest prince Amelia you have caught my attention says Alexander with lust in his voice which causes Amelia to smile akwardly with the thought 'I did not want to,weird ass' but she holds it in and thanks Alexander stiffly, which causes Alexander to chuckle at her 'how cute' he thought meanwhile Azrail c***s an eyebrow at him then looks at Amelia and says 'You look dissatisfied,are you upset?' 'Yes! by the look on my face do I look like I'm happy?' though Amelia but puts on an smile and says 'of course not your highness,how dare I be dissatisfied when I am graced with your presence' with sarcasm in her voice while clenching her hands a bit.Azrail chuckles at the sarcastic remark with an interested look in his eyes wondering why Amelia seemed so different not just in personality,her eyes,the look in her eyes,her aura,her hair that looked like fire that was tamed yet still emiting beauty in it. 'Feisty' he thought to himself while Amelia stands there and Azrail finally says'You can return to your seat now'.I curtsey slightly and start to return to my seat and walk past their seats but before I can pass Alexander he pulls my wrist and seats me on his lap.'Stay here' his deep voice sends shivers down my spine but not the good kind.I look back as I see the envious glares being sent towards me by almost every girl in the room except my friends.'Your highness-' I got cut off as he puts a hand on my lips and shushes me,he leans towards my face but before he could get any closer Azrail slaps his hand off me,pulls me to sit on his lap and places a hand on my waist to keep me from moving,and this causes Alexander to growl at him 'What in the dragon's name!' Almost everyone in the room goes silent even the mistress except Azrail which replies 'She is mine, I want her' Alexander glares at him 'I put my eye on her first!' I sigh and this situation irritates me making me want to scream at both of them but I force my lips shut as I didn't want their anger to be directed at me.'I am the eldest among us and I am of higher rank than you,I command the Military of our Empire and have been bestowed the title of 'Centurion' by the king a rank second to only the king himself while you are a 'Thalion' you are several ranks below me which means if there is a dispute among us, you shall give up' he smirks dangerously taunting the second eldest which makes Alexander clench his fist and stay silent 'Continue' Azrail commands the mistress'Yes your highness'.While the selection continues Azrail sneaks his hand on my thigh and growls near my ear 'Mine' causing me to blush as red as a tomato.

It's going to be hell this month,I thought to myself..

(Amelia's Pov)

2 weeks have passed since then and it's been nothing but pure torture.Dance

lessons, dinner with plastic aka.mean girls,and stupidity but something happened today that made me sick to the stomach..

I walk down the halls and everything is the same as usual well except for the fact that one of women were murdered.I have a couple of theories on who did it,it's either an envious girl that let obsession get her and she decided to eliminate competition and another theory is that one of the princes got irritated but that would be unlikely since they're the ones who were searching for wives, another is that one of the staff did it although that would be even more unlikely since the consequences for killing a dragon's property would be death but even if it seems unlikely doesn't mean it's not possible for all the theories after all everyone has a motive for killing and I wonder what the killer's motive is, revenge? jealousy? hatred? that seems likely but I sympathize for that girl the way she was murdered was cold blooded to the bone.The killer practically made the girl unrecognizable,when one of the palace staff found her,her face had long deep cuts, one of her eyes was gouged out,her finger nails and toe nails pulled out resulting in her fingers and toes to seep blood out of them,she had a stab wound near her ribs,a twisted ankle,broken arms, and her legs were carved with the words 'Deserved'.Whoever killed her really really must have held a grudge against her.Ok there's a psychotic killer loose in the palace which could be anyone,I can't trust anyone and the dragon princes don't give two shits, what do I do?

I'll have to be cautious now, this is exactly why I didn't want to come here but if I didn't my family would be exiled .Ok so I might be exaggerating with the exactly why I didn't want to come here but it's adding up to become another reason why I don't want to stay here.I hope Veronica and Sophia are safe.

I need a bath, I need to take it off my mind for now at least.I knew life here would be ridiculous but murder was not something that has crossed my mind. After taking a bath I put on one of the night gowns the palace provided us and it's not like anyone will see me though this looks like lingerie with it's see through black lacy design and besides it's comfortable and with drowsiness taking over me I head into bed.

It feels weird, I can't move my body like something is forcing me not to and I feel a gaze upon me watching me struggle.By the gods of the empire,am I going to get killed tonight?! Then suddenly a hand brushes up my thighs onto my waist,I want to kick and scream but I can't.

Mira wake up! I jolt awake as I heard the scream but to no surprise no one was there,ok that's creepy.I'm starting to hallucinate,did I go psychotic or something? I'm going back to bed that was one hell of a nightmare and a weird one to say the least.
