I was chilling in the room when I got the news of arrival of Fiorella. I ran down to the living room. Only Adrian and Luciano were present, everyone else had yet to be there.
Fia saw me and hugged me tightly. I gladly returned the gesture back with much more fervor. It has been almost a month she left. I missed her too damn much.
“How are you?” I asked pulling away.
“Better than ever.” She smiled.
“You are glowing.” I laughed.
“Well life has never been better to be honest.” She replied glancing back to Nikolai.
“I am glad.” I smiled. “All my efforts rightfully paid off.”
She pulled me into a hug once again. “Thank you so much. If it wasn’t for you guys, I wouldn’t have been able to be with Nikolai without things resorting to violence.” She muttered.
