“Thank you.” I said to Carlo as he handed me the apartment keys. Carlo left after he made sure that apartment was intact and secured. I locked the door and smiled at my new personal space. It wasn’t as fancy as my cousin’s but it was my own comfort zone. I wheeled my bags to the bedroom and laid back on the bed.     I had woken up early to start my new day. I gathered whatever little luggage I had and cleaned the penthouse. No one knew that I rented an apartment, at least I didn’t tell anyone.
