Clary’s POV
I wake up in mine and Alex’s room as I look around the room the sun is shining in through the window, I notice Alex is in a chair sitting next to me holding my hand. I don’t make a sound so I can just look at him without him knowing I am, but then I hear him crying, why is he crying, what has happened all these bad things come to mind that make me wonder. “Alex baby why are you crying” I ask but my voice sounds raspy and sore, his head shoots up quicker than anything. “Baby your finally awake” Alex says with relief in his voice and nothing but love in his eye, “why was you so upset” I ask again feeling rather concerned.
