Chapter 19 What?

“What the hell?” Lighting crashed outside and rain pounded on the windows.

“River you need to calm down before I tell you this next part.”

“The thing is I can’t you kept this from me my whole life.” Jace walks up behind me and wraps his arms around my waist

*River relax. Take a few deep breaths.* After three deep breaths the rain and thunder immediately stop, and the clouds clear up.

“We didn’t know what type of witch you where, but now we do.”

“What do you mean.”

“There is four types of witches and warlocks, there is Water, Air, Fire, and Earth.”

“So all of the elements?”

“Yes but there is a rare one.”

“Okay? So which one am I?”

“Every thousand years the rare one is born, they are Pure, they can be as cold as ice and as fiery as fire, they can be humble as the earth and as soft as the wind. They can control all of the elements. They are Pure you are Pure.”

“I’m a Pure?” I practically scream.

“Yes when you got mad the rain started pounding outside and the lighting.”

“Okay? So wouldn’t that make me a Water?”

“No, water cannot make thunder and the rain wouldn’t have stopped so fast, plus it’s sunny out now that you are calm.” My mother pauses then takes a deep breath and sighs

“What?”

“Flynn is still coming after you, but he isn’t the one who is the worst threat it is his Alpha.”

“And who is that?”

“His name is Elijah Jacobs.” My mom says

“Shit.” I breathe out.

“You know who he is?” My father says.

“Yes.”

“WHAT?” Jace yells.

“I know him, he used to be my best friend but then we had a falling out and he moved.”

“Silver, why didn’t you tell me she knew who the hell he was?” My father yelled

“Because you would be reacting like this if I would have told you before I told her.”

“What is he trying to do.”

“He wants to take you and keep you to himself.”

“Holy shit.” I walked out of the room, leaving the door open as everyone called my name. I walked toward me and Jace’s room, Jace following me. I started pacing mumbling to myself.

“Will you stop mumbling and talk to me. What’s wrong?” Jace said with worry laced in his voice. I walk over to him and hug him.

“What if he takes me?”

“He won’t. I won't let him.”

“Promise?”

“Promise.” With his words I take a deep breath and I finally relax into his embrace. He pulls back and rubs my cheeks and gives me a short but passionate kiss that shows he loves me.

*I love you.*

*I love you too.*

*Lets get some sleep.* Jace grabs me and pulls me into the bed. He hugs me and I relax into his embrace as I fall asleep.

Jace POV

“Jace wake up.” I groaned, but the person wouldn’t shut the hell up.

“What?”

“Get up we need to talk.”

“Fine.” I grumbled. I got up carefully so I didn’t wake River up. I looked at my phone and it was 2 am. “What could you possibly want at 2 in the morning?”

“It’s about River.” Snowflake said

“What about her?” I asked

“She needs to go home.”

“She is home.” I growled

“No to her actual home.”

“No. We can protect her here.” I growled.

“Her parents want her there.”

“No. Your her father.”

“Yeah but…” River starts screaming.

River POV

My body feels like it’s being burned. I sat up screaming. Jace and my father come running in. It feel like my heart is being cut in half. Jace ran over to me and grabbed me

“River you need to take a breathe.” I didn’t realize I wasn’t breathing normally but I couldn’t. There voices started getting farther away. I heard Jace say s**t but it was hard to hear. Then sparks Ignited on my lips and when they stopped I could finally breathe again. I grabbed Jace and pulled him into a hug.

“I didn’t know you had panic attacks.” My father said.

“Yeah.” I sighed.

“I’m sorry.”

“For?” I asked

“If I wouldn’t have asked Jace to come see me this wouldn’t have happened.”

“No it’s okay.”

“Okay. I’m gonna leave goodnight.”

“Goodnight.” After he left Jace pulled back and wiped my tears away. Jace leaned in slowly and gave me a sweet kiss. He tried to pull away but he didn’t get to far cause I grabbed his shirt and pulled him back. He pulled me into his lap, he nipped my bottom lip and I opened my mouth for him. Our lips moved in sync, he started to kiss down my neck and got to the spot in between my shoulder and neck. I moaned and he growled pulling me closer to him. I could feel his hard on, I moaned. He worked his way back up to my lips and kissed me hard. He laid me down on the bed with him on top of me. He started grinding on me and I moaned. I grabbed the bottom of his shirt and pulled it up, taking it off of him. His abs were perfectly sculpted, and he has a v line. He grabbed the bottom of my shirt well his shirt I am wearing his shirt, he pulls it off. I try to cover myself but he grabs my arms and pins them above my head. Then goes back to kissing me, there was a knock on the door

“No.” Jace groaned. The knock came again this time more demanding. Jace got off me and opened the door. “What do you want?”

“Oh I was just coming to see if you wanted any food.”

“No go.” The person walks away fast. Jace closes the door locking it.

“We should probably get some sleep.”

“Yeah we should. Goodnight love.” Jace gets back in bed snuggling me.”

“Goodnight wolf boy.” He chuckles and soon I’m drifting off to sleep.
