Chapter 15Monday Morning, Memorial Day
Rémy got up at six as usual to work out, he didn’t have to go get Ian in his room upstairs this morning, Ian was right there next to him all warm and sleepy-eyed.
“It’s time to get up, my Mate. We have a lot of shopping to do after the Memorial Service. Let’s go upstairs for our workout. Yesterday, we went up to play, today we work.”
When they went to the gym, Rémy could finally show Ian his true strength. Ian was appropriately amazed at what he could lift. Ian found himself able to lift more weight and do more reps. “That’s the fluid exchange. You’ll get stronger still.
