Chapter 11The meeting took place in the back room of a small Italian restaurant on Baxter Street in New York’s Little Italy. Don Ferone was at a table when they arrived. “Sit. Get my two guests some vino,” Ferone told the waiter. The waiter poured Rémy and Armand a glass of Chianti while René and André stood guard.
