It was late at night, and dark clouds were gathering in the sky. In the small room, candles were on, and Liviana lay on the rough small bed with a small blanket over her.
A fierce wind came, blowing the curtains away and the candles off leaving the entire room void.
Her mind was in a daze as darkness fell around her like a curtain. Her breath increased and turned unstable, Liviana clutched her fingers tight.
The memories of Maya picking her from the ground flashed before her eyes, she grunted, gasping and tightening her hands in a fist.
