That was all I needed. I walked into the hotel like I’d done it a thousand times. Like I wasn’t already soaking through the thin fabric of my dress. My heels clicked against the marble floor as I rode the elevator up, heart pounding like a damn drum. I’d never seen his face. Just his voice. His filthy, commanding voice over the phone. The moment the elevator chimed and the doors slid open, I knew there was no turning back. Room 708 waited at the end of the hallway.
