July 11 of 2076 the fated day, some say the gods blessed this world to rejuvenate it some believe the gods cursed the humans for eternal damnation that day, Aeron and Gabriel woke up early that day said their goodbyes to their parents and wished them a happy trip, they started to have breakfast with Lisa while they were eating, she was glued to her phone, Aeron looked at Lisa with the side of his eyes and said,

Aeron: after we are done with breakfast we need to start heading to the library.

Lisa: ugh, can't we go in the evening it's too early now.

Lisa said while she was still glued to her phone didn't even bother to look at Aeron, which he responded to her in a sarcastic voice

Aeron: have ever been to the library, no wait have you ever read a book, I know your intelligence barely better than an ape but the library closes early and we need to take the bus so it will take us time to reach it.

Lisa glared at Aeron with a sharp eyes as if she wished he would burst into flames, Gabriel intervened hurriedly to defuse the situation,

Gabriel: let us not do this early in the morning, Aeron you need to more respectful of your elders and there is no need for your veracious remarks, and Lisa we already had permission from our parents to go to the library I think they told you when you arrived this morning.

Lisa didn't not know what veracious means and didn't want to ask afraid of getting another sarcastic remark, she sighed in defeat and said,

Lisa: why can't you boys be normal and glue your faces to the tv watching cartoons all day like other kids that will make my job a lot easier.

She noticed their glares and quickly continued,

Lisa: ok ok, get dressed after breakfast we will go to the stupid library.

Aeron wanted to remark but Gabriel signed for him to stop it, with ten minutes they got dressed and was ready to go out they closed the doors and headed to the streets, the bus station was 15 minutes away on foot Gabriel and Aeron were walking on air from happiness the library trip for them was like going to the toy store for other kids especially Gabriel he was extra happy,

Gabriel: I am so excited for this book I can't wait to get my hands on it, of course you will give me your findings and your training methods after I read the book.

Aeron: I thought you will want to wait and see if you can figure it out yourself.

Gabriel looked at Aeron with a coy smile and answered,

Gabriel: why do the hard work when my dear friend already solved the problem for me, plus I can't let you have too much advantage over me for long I need to catch up quick.

Aeron looked at Gabriel with a shock but quickly nodded with agreement.

Aeron: look there is the bus stop Lisa what time is it now?

Lisa walking next to them glued to her phone still answered,

Lisa: ughh, it's 10:22 now.

Aeron: the bus will be here in 8 minuuuuuuuuu .

Thump thump thump thump thump thump thump thump.

Aeron stopped talking mid-sentence, his heart was bumping loud he could hear it in his head, he froze in his place his eyes widened in shock and he frantically started to look around searching for something, he was scared he couldn't explain it something big was coming he needed to know what it was.

Gabriel looked at Aeron worried from his actions he never did this before,

Gabriel: why did you stop walking, why are you looking everywhere so frantically, did you see sommmmmmmm.

Thump thump thump thump thump thump thump thump.

Gabriel heart started beating fast too, he could understand his friend now something big was coming he froze and started searching everywhere for the source.

Liza stopped walking and took her eyes of her phone and looked at them and started to laugh loudly,

Lisa: Bahahaha, what's with you two you look like trapped rats.

After she finished her sentence immediately the ground started to shake loud noises started to reverberate in the air, the shakes started small but quickly increased in strength, buildings started to shake so fast like it was dancing cartoons, for a moment they felt like their vision turned upside down , loud crumbling noise reverberated they thought their ear drums will explode ,they dove to the ground scared covering their ears and within seconds black smoke covered the whole area , they couldn't see 2 inches In front of them while their hearts never stopped beating loudly.

it was a disaster, July 11th of 2076 the day the Gods cursed the Kingdom of Jadia, the day the world set the end in motion, and the start of tragedies to come.
