Ophelia I opened my eyes to see a beautiful golden sky over a golden city. The highest building glinted in the sun. Once upon a time, a thriving grove surrounded the kingdom, but now the trees were blackened and dead. There was a shadow that seemed to creep across the realm. Elfame was dying. “Hello?” I called out. “Is anybody here?” “Greetings, my Queen,” a voice spoke behind me, and I turned to see the most ancient fairy in existence, the Oracle. She seemed to be opaque as if she wasn’t here in person, kind of like a hologram. “Hello,” I said. “Where am I?” “You do not recognize your kingdom?” she asked. “Yes, I see it’s Elfame, but I wasn’t here when I fell asleep,” I said. “Is this a dream?” “Or a vision,” the Oracle replied, and I looked closer at her.
