I watched as she froze in her spot, making me scoff. Did she really think I was going to go let her be?

In her dreams.

I took a step forward, but she took a step back. A low groan left my lips. I'm really not in the mood for this. I need to f**k someone right now and I will end up forcing myself on her if she keeps on acting this way. I really don't mind.

"I.." she made to talk but I sped towards, and grabbed her waist, pulling her to myself. Her soft boobs hit my chest.

My eyes went to her lips and I immediately smashed my lips on it.

Fuck. For some reasons, I have come to like her lips but the problem is that she is just too bad at kissing and won't open up, but that stopped when I bit her lower lip. She gasped out, so I took that chance to slide in my tongue, swiping it round the corner of her mouth to savour her taste... she tasted like strawberry. I like it.

I kissed her for two minutes straight before pulling out. She immediately tried gasping for breath, but I didn't let her cause I captured her lips again and this time, she reciprocated fully.

My hands went to her ass. I squeezed it lightly.

"Hmm." A smirked when she moaned and took my hand to one of her boobs. I grazed my fingers slightly on her n****e and I could feel her shiver in my arms, smirked, thought she didn't want this.

"Let's get to the bedroom, baby." Whispering, she froze, but I spanked her ass, and she moaned out... women would always be bitches.

"What's going on here?" Lisa's voice made me pull out of the kiss, and I turned to see her standing by the door. She was glaring at Avery, who was now staring at the floor.

"You are here." Mumbling, I let go of Avery's waist.

"Get out!" Lisa yelled at her, and she immediately rushed out.

"Why was she here? Why were you kissing her?" Lisa asked immediately, and I sighed, sauntering to the cellar. I poured myself a glass of wine before going back to the couch and settling down.

"Aren't you going to respond?" She asked again.

"What do you mean? She is my slave, so why can't I kiss her?" I furrowed my brows, taking the glass to my lips.

"What?" she scoffed. "Is it because she is your mate?" I stopped drinking, my eyes moving to her. How did she know?

It seems like she knew what I was thinking cause she spoke up right away.

"I know she is your mate cause I overheard you telling Martin about it. Are you going to leave me for her?" She frowned, and I groaned. "Of course not. I'm not even planning to acknowledge her. Besides, she doesn't even know I'm her mate."

"You expect me to believe that?" She scoffed.

"Your choice." I shrugged and chugged down the rest of the wine before dropping the glass on the table. I stood up and made to go to the room, but she held me.

"You are really not leaving me for her?" Staring at her face, I smiled at the anxious look on her face.

"Of course, I won't leave you for that weak thing. I am only keeping her for the s*x, okay?" I said, and she sighed in relief.

"I was scared you would leave me for her," she muttered with pouted lips.

"Don't worry, I assure you that your position is secure.”

She giggled and her eyes went to my pants before looking up at me again." How about you have fun with me instead?" She whispered seductively, and I smiled. I would really love that, but I'm suddenly not in the mood anymore. I need to sleep.

"I'm tired. See you tomorrow." I tapped her cheek her cheek twice before making my way into the room.

I could hear her leave the suite as I took off my shirt, then my pants. I went into the bathroom and into the bathtub. Relaxing my body, I closed my eyes and let my thoughts wander, from the pack issues to Audrey.

I still couldn't believe the moon goddess decided to make her my mate. She is so weak that she couldn't even recognize me as her mate, though I'm grateful for that. I won't have to go through the stress of rejecting her.

Either way, I can't possibly rule the pack with that weak thing. Lisa is by far better than her. I should really make her my Luna.

I stayed in the bathtub for a while before coming out of it. I took a towel from the towel rack, using it to clean my body dry before leaving the bathroom in my nakedness.

Entering the dressing room, I opened the closet and my eyes moved in search of what to were. They were only black clothes and a few red though. Those are the colours I prefer, so I only wear them. Picking up a black t-shirt and black free pants, I put it on and left the room for my bed.

I closed my eyes to sleep, but I just couldn't. I suddenly didn't feel sleepy anymore, which was kind of weird cause I was feeling tired some minutes ago. Maybe I should go for a run.

*Hey, want to go for a run?* I asked Mavis through the mind link.

*No. Go to sleep,* he replied back and I scoffed.

*Get here right now.* I ordered and blocked him before getting out of the bed. I walked out of the room and was about leaving the suite when I saw the food on the dining table. I rolled my eyes and walked out of the suite.

"Get rid of the food inside." I ordered the guards and walked away, out of the building. My eyes landed on Mavis who was walking towards me with a frown on his face, making me chuckle.

"Why do you suddenly want to go for a run?" He groaned immediately as he got to me, and I smiled. "I can't sleep."

"But..."

"Come on." I cut him off and changed into my wolf form, Thadeus.

Taking my eyes to Mavis, I watched as he sighed before also changing into his wolf form, Leo.

"Let's go!" Shouting, the both of us sped off, out of the pack house and into the woods.
