  "Of course, Mom," Adeline replied impassively.   "Alright then. You’d better get to bed early," Martha said before standing up and headed upstairs.   "Sure, Mom. Good night.”   After that, Adeline slumped on the couch, thinking about what she had gotten herself into.   As usual, Adeline laid on her bed and prepared herself to sleep after her shower. As soon as she dozed off, she felt someone climb into her bed, and a pair of hands caressed her from head to toe repeatedly. However, when she woke up the next day, she looked around to find herself alone in her room once more.   For the next four or five consecutive days, Adeline had the same dream.
