I was after the public effect, how my father would be perceived after this, someone who cheated on his first wife and caused her death, now doing the same thing to his second wife.

If anything, it felt like fate was finally catching up to Margaret. She was getting what she deserved. After snatching dad from my mom, she must have thought she's the last woman in his life.
As I expected, social media clowned them, the press had spread everything everywhere and there was nothing my father and his wife could do to counter the information.
All they could do was hide from the media until it all died down.
