Personally, I tried recalling who I first knew in this family. Killian, first. Next, his sister. The whirl of events came to mind. Now I sensed Audrey picking me at the hospital wasn't a coincidence.
Killian must have told her about me and she quickly recognized me.
Once again, these thoughts distracted me but when Bella's fear grew high, I stood up to assure her.
"I'm not calling the cops on you but I believe next time you wouldn't go for stolen designs. Not saying you can't afford originals in any way, you didn't want to."
