Walking around the palace was a fun pass-time of mine that I had developed. It seemed like such a waste since this palace was so beautiful, Val told me that people had hand-crafted the walls themselves and it had taken years.
It was such a pretty palace with people only glancing over the details. I liked to spend my time looking into the art and the paintings on the ceiling of the main hall.
I was doing that right now with workers hurriedly rushing around me, getting ready for tomorrow's ball which I was slightly nervous for.
Turning the corner, I noticed a familiar, unwelcoming face. Gosh, I had almost completely forgotten about this woman.
