Feeling the light hit my face caused me to wake up slowly. It took me a couple of minutes to process everything. It felt like a flood of emotions from my mother passing away to Reggie being an ass. I slowly sat up on the edge of my bed, rubbing my eyes to wake up more, when I heard my dad in the kitchen trying to make utterly incredible food. I reached over my phone and instantly noticed that it was only six o'clock. My body is routine, but I was surprised to wake up that early. Once I got to my messages, I noticed they were from Reggie.
