Chapter 5: "The Ride" Emma's mind was racing as she left the meeting with Leo. She couldn't believe he'd proposed such a challenge. Ride with him? Keep up with him? It was a daunting task, but Emma was determined to prove herself. As she arrived at the designated meeting spot, Emma saw Leo already there, his bike gleaming in the sunlight. He looked up, his eyes locking onto hers, and Emma felt a shiver run down her spine. "Ready to ride?" Leo asked, his voice low and husky. Emma nodded, trying to hide her nerves. "Born ready." The ride was intense, with Leo pushing Emma to her limits. They sped through the winding roads, the wind whipping through their hair. Emma's heart was pounding, but she refused to give up. As they rode, Emma caught glimpses of Leo's vulnerable side. She saw the way he smiled to himself when he thought no one was looking, the way his eyes softened when he talked about his bike. But she also saw the tension in his body, the way his jaw clenched when he was concentrating. Emma realized that Leo was a complex man, full of contradictions. As they finished the ride, Leo turned to Emma, his eyes gleaming with respect. "You're a hell of a rider," he said. Emma smiled, feeling a sense of pride and accomplishment. "Thanks. I think." Leo's expression turned serious. "I'll sponsor your event," he said. "But I need one more thing from you." Emma's heart skipped a beat. What could Leo possibly want now?.....
