I'm not concentrating during practice because Raven is forty minutes late. I'm sure as hell that her class ended an hour ago and she's supposed to meet with Kai, who's running drills with Zane in the basketball court room. We finished hockey practice in the morning and she's still not here.
"You think she's fine?" I have to ask my wolf, whom I usually ignore because he's always pushing me toward the mate bond.
He growls in confusion, equally worried. "Something's wrong. I can feel it through the bond."
