Raven's POV
I feel a hand on my lap and I flinch so hard my whole body jerks awake. My eyes snap open and I immediately realize something is very wrong. Three men are standing over me, staring down with expressions that make my skin crawl. One is fat with a greasy face and stained shirt, another is ugly with crooked teeth and scars across his cheek, and the third is thin and wiry like a snake ready to strike.
Fear slices through me like a knife and I look around frantically, trying to understand what's happening. It's dark outside now, the train windows showing nothing but blackness. The overhead lights are dim and flickering. And worst of all, everyone else on the train is gone. All the other passengers have left and it's just me and these three men in this empty car.
