James knew the others wouldn't believe him, so he began analyzing the painting on the spot. "This painting is so close to the original that it's almost indistinguishable. It's understandable that you couldn't tell, but if you look closely, the lines of the figures aren't full enough, and there are clear breaks in the lines and colors—this is a flaw from machine restoration. It's very subtle, so most people wouldn't notice..."
