Lowe suddenly laughed, a mocking, unrestrained laugh.
"What did you say? Four hundred thousand? Bro, there's a limit to how much you can show off," Lowe said sarcastically. "I see that your whole outfit doesn't even cost three hundred bucks. Oh, and with your blind daughter, it doesn't add up to one thousand. Forget four hundred thousand; can you even come up with forty thousand?"
This was the first time Lowe had met such an extreme loser. It was surprising that someone like this was a father and yet so foolish. Was he trying to save face in front of his child by deliberately showing off?
