Author's POV
Samantha smiled at the cameras that tried their best to get good shots of her. She looked around at the sea of people gathered and studied their expressions. Some looked happy, others were shocked and others didn't fail to show their disapproval of her being announced as the new CEO.
She knew they wanted her sister to be the CEO of the company but newsflash, she had taken over and this was her time.
“It is an honor to be given this privilege and I promise you all that I won't disappoint you,” she spoke about her visions and plans for the company and when she was done, she gave them a slight bow. “Thank you all for your support.” she moved aside, followed by a round of applause and cheers as the anchor came onboard.
She walked to where Aiden stood, and he held her hand
