Luciana’s eyes widened in shock, and she remained silent, but I know that inside, she must be brewing in anger to kill me using her bare hands. The atmosphere was surrounded by a thick tension, that was choking me, but I remained quiet. Luciana slowly loosened her hand, and her body gradually calmed down, and a small smile was plastered on her face. “I guess you are right, Alpha Alvarez,” she spoke as sweet as honey which confused me. “I should not be poking my nose into your business, yet. And I think you did make a good choice in having her as your surrogate.” Luciana said and looked at me with her eyes filled with kindness, but I was still able to see the hatred that was swirling within them.
