I parked my car in front of the pack house and got out of the car to be immediately greeted by a worried-looking Emma. “Alpha Alvarez, did you find Alondra?” she asked me in a concerned voice, and I nodded my head before I made my way to the back door and opened it. Alondra was still fast asleep.
“She was surrounded by a group of rogues who were about to kill her,” I explained to Emma, and I heard her gasp. I gently lifted Alondra’s light body into my arms and closed the door.
“Is she injured? Do you want me to call the doctor?” Emma asked in a rush of words, and I simply nodded my head and continued to walk inside the pack house.
