My heart was beating against my ribcage while I stared at Alondra in horror. Poor soul, she must have suffered a lot these past few weeks, and I was not even able to do anything. “That f*****g bastard!” I kept cursing Alpha Alvarez while Alondra was glancing at me with a helpless look on her face.
