Callistana never imagined that Amos had an unfortunate experience with Ruana, especially to a royalty. Who would have thought that? And this might be the reason why he's so willing to help her escape from them. She stared at him for a while then gently caressed his arm. Amos looked at her intently, her gaze to him was gentle and assuring.
"I am astonished how calm and disciplined you are, Amos. You are realy living up with your promise not to step foot in that place and it seems like you never thought of revenge," Callistana uttered.
It's easy to succumb to anger. It is easy to think of revenge. But it is so hard to stay calm and composed when you have all the reason to fall into deep madness. Amos was really amazing, Callistana thought.
