Chapter 26 Callistana appreciated him more. Amos really did a lot for her even if it would just take a lot of his time and even effort. She immediately stood when he knocked on the wooden door of the house. It's already afternoon and he just came back. He left early when the sun had not risen yet to do something about his job. "Amos..." She greeted him with a smile as soon as the door opened. Amos stared at her intently before he looked away and put down the things that he was carrying. "I went to the bear's cave. I left fish and fruits for him to eat when he woke up..." he said and walked past her. Callistana noticed that he's a bit dirty, probably due to his work. She nodded with a smile. "That's good. I know he would be better anytime soon," she said and stared on his back
