A lot of what ifs were running in her mind. She was being too comfortable in his presence but what if he took her because he knew about her? He knows that she escaped from the cold palace and he's the one who's going to bring her back to the place where she should be?
Amos saw her step backward. With the help of the light coming the fire lamp in between them, he saw the fear on Callistana's face so he stopped advancing towards her.
