TEINE SA ARE THE OFFSPRING of a human and god but are neither. They are stunning creatures who attract men they desire and attack women who brush their hair at night, dye it, or wear it down and interact with men the Teine Sa want.
Cursed women and some men experience rapid hair loss, loss of sanity, and death.
Other ways to draw their wrath is to look in a mirror at night. Teine Sa appear as shadows looming over your reflection’s head. To avoid this, cover mirrors at sunset.
Offerings are left where Teine Sa may live. Witnesses passing these places have seen items move or heard their names called. It’s customary to say hi and not linger in these areas.
