Chapter 3

Chapter 3: Cutting

"You okay, Cleo?"

"Y-yeah. I didn't sleep a lot last night"

"You mean, you got busy writing your novels"

"Technically, yes" Arin stare at me like she's scanning my whole face. Arin and I are neighbors too by the way, but she's house is a bit far at mine, but were still neighbors.

"Your eye bags are getting darker than usual"

"I knew you would say that, lets go to the pharmacy store nearby and buy a face mask later"

"I'll spend a bit in your house then" We walk faster now that were walking inside the school, were getting late again and its even new. We already walk early in the morning but i guess, were too slow to walk in the street so we're late.

"Ms. Heirvana and Ms. Heither! Mind telling me why you two are late again?!" Mrs. Johnson shout at us while she's hands are on her hips, we flinch at the way her loudness lingers in the classroom and Arin suddenly tackle my shirt on my side.

"You talk"

"What?" She glance at the teacher getting her attention out of me and i sigh

"I fetch Arin at her house that is miles away at mine and we go to school together, sorry for being late teacher" Arin's eyes got big when i saw her but thats the only excuse that i get in my mind.

"Its not a valuable reason to be late but you still cut us in the middle of the lesson, go sit down on your proper seats now!" We silently walk at our seat and the teacher starts talking again, i'll just have to listen now and be a good girl in class hours

While i was focusing to the teacher and ready to write some important things to the lesson, a soft thinf suddenly hit in my head and i knew that its a paper and here goes the bullying again. Another hit me when the teacher's back is facing the class but i don't want to get annoyed at this simple bullying stuff so i just inhaled the air in the classroom and keep my anger in low level cause if this level is high, i swear im gonna grab the hair of the who's hitting me in the head and i wont think twice on circling the head of the who's hitting me. And again, when the teacher is not looking at us and just looking at the book, a paper suddenly landed on my desk while a ballpen marker was seen in that paper, i scrumbled the paper back at its flat style and im correct that something is written on the paper

'You b***h, your gonna regret ignoring me. Let's meet at lunch time and have some fun sweetie:)'

I rolled the paper again back to its position while my face is just in poker because of the message that is written in the paper. I take a glance at my back and the first thing i saw is Kaylin looking at me while she's leaning her head on Kiel who is busy doing something in the phone but i just rolled my eyes in the air and look to my teacher like i saw nothing a seconds ago

I suddenly miss my mom at home and i just wanna be in my loptap at this hour than waiting for my teacher to get out of here and also wait for lunch. Oh, i can't wait to eat at lunch, what kind of bullying recipe are they putting again at my mouth even though im going to puked it all of in ignorance.

As time goes by, the class became boring to me and my tummy began to crumble but i guess no one will hear it cause this math teacher of mine is hella loud of talking about the lessons, good thing my tummy groans can't be heard

"Its lunch time!!" One of my classmate said but i just sighed loudly cause im getting hungry now, i don't want to think about the bullying, let me freaking eat first. "Let's go, Arin" I said to my best friend but she waved first to his boyfriend before getting dragged by me cause im holding her hand and finally pulling her out of the classroom, theres no way that your gonna spend another day on your boyfriend and not your bestfriend. I also need some attention

"Okay, were getting curry today" I said to her when we arrive at the cafeteria and she just focus on picking foods first like its a serious matter.

"Im on a diet so i'll go get some salad i guess" Well, it is now a serious matter then. We buy our lunch now and seated to the corner of the cafeteria and start eating.

By the way, i thought there gonna bully me again right? Why are they still not here? Am i the only who's getting bullied and im waiting for them to get on cue to me. Not like i wont get hurt on what their doing but they must have think that i run into them because i run out of the classroom fast because im hungry, i can't control my tummy though.

"She must've have been scared so she ran away as fast as she can with her bestfriend haha"

"Oh look, she here already. Peacefully eating their lunch like some simple kid in the campus!!" Kaylin slammed the table that we are in but we didnt even flinch at what they do. This is called being used of their stupidity in bullying while saying this to the teacher is a must, they do have some control on the teacher so its no use to complain about them bullying me.

"Hey, Arin. What you got their?!" Arin is suddenly shock at the next thing the boy did to her salad. He pour the salad over me and the mayonnaise that is paste in the salad before is in my hair now and im as slimey now as it is.

"My curry!!" I saw my curry topping in with some vegetables and it also have mayonnaise on it, now my lunch is ruined and even my hair is as slimey as Kaylin now.

But thats just a little worry for all of this problem, the one that i been worrying the most is the one who's sitting beside me

I look at Arin who's still look shock at her salad on me, and im seeing her having a poker face just now but it looks scary at me. This suddenly gives a creeps like, is there something scary going to happened?

"Uh oh"

"My salad.." Arin suddenly whispered while still staring at me so creepy. I swallowed m my saliva, thinking that this will become scary in a minute. I haven't seen the mad Arin for awhile but to tell you the truth, she's scary when she's mad

"Hey! Why did you do that to her?! Do you know what trouble are you getting now!" Kaylin shouted. Im surprised she still knows our little personality and such

"I thought were gonna bully the two of them"

"You freak! Were just gonna bully Cleo and not her--"

"Today.." Cleo whispered again making all of the people stop talking and it feels like Arin is spacing out but her range is going up soon and of course i won't stop her at least

"Today has been tiring like any other day, dieting is hard as it is but wasting food" She then suddenly look at the guy who spilled her salad and i can see now that the guy is starting to be scared at Arin. Who wouldn't thought that Arin who have a sweet aura and kind personality can be this scary when she get mad. She hasn't been eating any delicious food since she's on a diet because of her boyfriend saying he likes skinny girls more but Arin is already skinny though, back to the salad fight"

"Didn't you know that i been drinking hot water since this morning, walking for miles to get to school than bus and i don't even eat breakfast this day" Arin slowly holds on the fork that is beside her hand and the guy is already trembling on Kaylin of what he will do to him, poor boy.

Arin got up on her seat so suddenly and the boy who is now in the verge of crying because of being scared get down on his knee and even holds Arin's shoe also getting his head as low as possible to her that make everyone probably shock at the fast movement of that boy

"I-im sorry! I'll buy you a dozen of salad!! J-just spare me!" The boy's tremble on his speak but i see the glaring Arin who is now staring at the boy so cooly, its been awhile since i see this side of Arin

"I don't want all your dozen salads kiddo" The boy frowned at what Arin said and he slowly put his head up to meet Arin's eyes who is now a bit soft again

"I want you to buy a dozen clothes for her, if you don't do that. I might choke you and--"

"Its okay, Arin. I have a spear clothes on my locker" I stop her when she's about to say to buy clothes for me, she even point at me and i was shook to the point that i stop her talking.

"But.."

"Its really okay" I smile at her then she held my hand pulling me to stand up so i can go to my locker now cause the mayonnaise in my head is starting to go down to the floor, and speaking of my hair, how can i freaking get to the other class if i still have this freaking mayonnaise, i swear to god, i won't even wanna see another mayonnaise in my life cause its traumatic that the school have no even shower and i even smell like a rotten rat now.

"Were cutting classes today, Cleo. We have no other choice" Arin said while still dragging me out of nowhere, i just let her pull me while i whine silently in the back, like seriously, cut some classed at the time like this

Minutes later, im seeing a ladder now and Arin's so-called-butler that was helping us to go out at school was helding my hand and helping me to go down the ladder and im seeing a car that is waiting for us to get ride. Though, its not a simple car like lamboughini or bentley but it was a freaking limousine that is waiting for us to get hop in.

"We have bath tab at the very end of this limousine, i have an extra pair of hoodies in this drawer" Arin said when we get on in the limousine and its just like a party here, i want to picture this place all in my head so that i can describe it at my stories and it also can be a real deal when i get a chance to put a limousine in my book. Look at this place though. A wine even if Arin is somehow a minor, the lights in the upper roof is like those colors in the parties like rainbow but aesthetically, the music is dope like its so loud here and they even have a snack section that has every kind of chips in this car but when i was about to get one chip so i can eat it, Arin slam the curtain off hiding the delicious chips in front of my eye and when i glance at Arin, he was shaking her head slowly that actually reminds me that she is on diet.

"Go wash first and we'll order a 'proper' meal for us to eat" She even said the proper word even slower but i kinda get what she's talking about so i just go to the end of this limousine and i see the bath tub with the shampoos in the corner and tub is already fill with water.

"How can this thing have water already and aren't the water will spill because of the car moving from side to side and--"

"Hey Cleo! What pizza do you want to order"

"Huh?" I look to my back and i see a smiling Arin holding a phone like she's ready to call someone

"Damn that diet thing, i can't handle it so pizza it is" Arin said while laughing after and i just laugh along. Yes, this is the Arin that i knew, a more eater than me

I take the bath now even if the car is like doing the zigzag here but i managed to get out already and wear Arin's hoodie and pajamas

"I also buy us the beauty mask that you want when you were in the bath tub so here it is and put it on your face" Arin slowly give me the mask and i sit right to her

"Thanks about this, i didnt even pay"

"Don't mention it" We sit there like we were in the spa now and music has changed into relaxing sound that make me sigh because of the relaxation that im getting through.

"Hey, about you and Kiel"

"Oh, don't mention him when i'm relax!" Now my relaxation has stop for a millisecond because of the name that pop in out of nowhere

"Chill Cleo, he's not gonna harm you here" Like he would even get here to hurt me in this limousine.

"And about the two of you. Isn't it like like those novels stories that the boy is bullying the girl cause the boy wants attention and stuffs"

"So your saying is Kiel who is bullying me from my attention like some sick headed guy who thinks that bullying will help me be close to him like some novels that you read"

"Well, i might say that's some reason but isn't it weird that he's been bullying you for 2 years. If i were him, i would have stop bullying you halfway the years"

"Exactly! And what do you mean about like the novels and stuff. That guy is not even fit in novels and if your thinking the next thing will happened if the bullying stops and its romance next, i swear to hell i won't even lay a single finger on him"

"Are you thinking that after the bullying, you two will be together?" Arin ask me but i eat the pizza first that im holding before answering her

"Like hell, i would date a guy that hurt me for over a year and two. I would even risk my life if that guy become sweet for me one day" Arin laugh at what i said but after that, she look at me straight with the body and her attention is focus on me

"Ok Cleo, lets make a promise. Look at me and held your hand in the air like a promising girlscout" I look at Arin and held my hand in the air like she's doing now.

"Repeat after me. Im!"

"Im.."

"Cleozel Heirvana" I repeat her word. "Cleozel Heivana!"

"And i promise to Arin Heither" I repeat what her said with a stutter one cause this game is becoming anxious to me, this doesn't feel right though.

"A-and i promise to Arin Heither"

"That i will have a bangs one day!"

"That i will have a bangs one day"

"When, Exekiel Marques date me"

"When, Exekiel Marques date me. Oh, its just a bangs Arin. I could even have a bangs now if you want!"

"Suit yourself. But you will really have a bangs one day when Kiel date you" Look how sure she was when i know that Kiel will never date me for the rest of my life. I would rather date Kyron than Kiel when the time goes by. And do i even care about the bangs, nope cause its my worst nightmare, im ugly with bangs for goodness sake.

"Oh yeah, you didnt get your letter at your locker right? Poor letter boy" My eyes become big of what she said that suddenly reminds me.

"Oh yeah! I forgot about it!"

"You even worry your letter than your own bag at school thats been hanging up there"

"That can live but the letter can't. I'll just get it tomorrow morning with my hanging bag at school then"

"I should do that too"
