Aurora's POV "Don't think for a second you can use the mate bond against me," Gabriel snapped, moving closer, his grip on my chin tightening, his voice growing even colder. For a moment, his eyes flashed silver—his wolf showing through. He forced me back until I was sitting on the edge of the pool table. Even then, he was too close. His scent wrapped around me - that same scent I used to crave, used to be addicted to. Even when he'd curse at me, or hit me, one whiff of it would make me come crawling back. But now?
