"Unbelievable!" Lilith seethed as we went back home.
I forced a wry smile. "He's an Alpha, Lilith. If he really wanted to do something, we wouldn't stand a chance."
Lilith said, lifting her chin defiantly, "Don't underestimate our power. I can feel it—there's an immense strength within me, and what's awakened so far is just the tip of the iceberg. Keep training, Aurora. One day, no one will bully us."
With her words echoing in my mind, I returned home. As soon as I stepped inside my room, a chill pierced the air.
"Where have you been?" Gabriel's icy voice cut through the silence.
