After Nyx magically unpacked her things into her new room, she and I got started on training. We started with the basics, which were controlling my powers. Seeing as I had abundant power, she thought it best to have me wear a magical item to store my excess power in. Not only would I stop shocking people and growing mushrooms, but it would be extra power I could use later if needed. The problem was finding an item that I had an affinity with so that it would be easier for me to store my powers. Some mages, witches, and warlocks used wands, staffs, or even totems like the grimoire.
