It was the day of the sentencing for G2 and I was at work instead of the courthouse. My mother was there, however, and I asked her to text me when things were over. I had asked for too many days off, in my opinion, despite my boss understanding the situation. Boy did I need to get her and the rest of the office something for being so understanding and caring. It just felt like the right thing to do in exchange. So it was back to the old grind for me while Nyx took care of the purchasing of the land and Teddy did some research of who to ask to build the pack lands.
