Not Right

Luna's brows furrowed hard as she stare at the two people before her. He heart stated pounding hard and fast making her body shiver. It got difficult for her to breath, she could even hear the sound of her shaking breathe

Both Luna and Canis knew instantly that the two guys are humans and not werewolves

“Who are you? What are you doing here?” Canis took some steps forward covering Luna and she questioned the humans.

Canis quickly took her battle stance, ready to s***h the humans into pieces if they make any suspicious movement. It was her soke duty to protect the Wolfling, even with her own life.

“We are fro…”

“Explorers! We are explorers”

The tall man wanted to say something but was interrupted by the man with the long hair. Understanding that their identity must remain hidden until they are certain that they are safe, the tall man quickly blend in.

Canis who lowered her guard after confirming that the guts are not dangerous felt Luna's grip in her hand. Luna pulled Canis to the other side of the plane so the humans won't see it hear them.

“Those are humans” Luna said excitedly

“Yes, I can smell” Canis replied with a doubtful look on her face.

“C'mon Canis, you know how much I have wanted to meet a human” Luna expressed her desires

“So what should we do?”

“Hide them for now, the Alpha will surely send men here to check out the explosion soon” Luna said and then continued “you know what, key me take care of this” Luna said and without waiting for Canis reply, she pulled her back to the humans

“Ahem…explorers uh? So what have you guys found?” Luna asked in a more domineering manner, inputting fear on the guys

“A…apart from you girls, nothing really. We just crashed our plane” The long haired guy stuttered

“I see that. You guys are in grave danger considering that you are different” Luna said

“Danger?” The tall guy doubted, he looked around them and see nothing but woods “ are there wild animals here?” the tall guy asked quickly taking out his g*n.

His action triggered Canis protective instincts, she wanted to run over and knock the man our but was stopped by Luna.

“The explosion will draw attention, follow me if you want to live” Luna said and followed the trail that has been made due to continuous passing over it.

The king haired man whispered something inti the ears of the tall man and then they followed Luna.

Canis followed behind them covering theur tracks.

After walking for a few minutes, they were out of sight

“Hmph, I really lost them”

A wolf cane out of the woods and shifted to his human form. Exhaustion was written all over his face as the man comment med on his failure

“I wonder what the Alpha will think if he hears that his beloved daughter is aiding Humans” the man laughed sarcastically, shifted back into a wild then headed towards The Everlasting Pack.

A few minutes later, about 5 wolves appeared at the explosion site, they shifted to human firm instantly and searched for clues around.

After about 15 minutes of effortless search, they returned to the pack also.

Luna led her company to through the woods after shaking off the wolf that was trailing them.

After minutes of walking around the woods, they cane to an open field, within this open field is a cottage. Luna led the company to the cottage and said “it's nothing special, you should survive here for a while”

The two men entered and inspected the cottage. It is not too big but enough to accommodate both of them. The bed is very sturdy and small but if they squeeze each other enough, it should be okay. There are no clothes they can cover themselves with despite the holes around the cottage as long as there's no cold, they should be okay.

The long haired man foced a smile on his face and turn to Luna “Thank you very much for your hospitality” get appreciated laying emphasis on the word ‘hospitality’ “it might not ve enough but It will do quite well” he said and extended his hands for Luna to shake

The moment Luna shook his hand, she felt a sudden bloom inside her, a wave of excitement from her werewolf urging her to take a step closer to the guy, and another, to be as close as she can

The word Mate kept resounding in her hear and her heart was beating faster.

Luna managed to take control of her mind and quickly release her grip in the man

“My name is Ray Palmer and this is Stephen, my partner” Ray said pointing to the tall man

“Nice to meet you” Stephan said and extended his hands for a handshake.

Canis who have been left behind cause covering their slowed her down just arrived, she did hear the introduction part tho, her werewolf intuition never fail her.

The sane way she fekt someone was tracking them, she had covered their tracks and made another track fie the person to follow leading to a dead end.

“Are you sure about this Luna? Your father must not find out” Canis warned.

“This place won't hold them for long but I'll device a plan soon. Come on, let's go, I have something important to tell you” Luna said and turn back to leave

“If you get hungry, hunt fir anything you can kill, dint expect us to bring you food and never leave this place for any reason” Canis warned the humans strictly before going after Luna.
