Christmas morning arrived. Trish and Jake walked through the resident rooms and sang Christmas carols and told the children it was time to rise and shine. Breakfast was being served. The children excitedly got up and got ready and practically ran to the cafeteria. They didn’t even notice the door to the common room was closed.
