Scarlet POV
It takes ages, two hours to be exact. By the time we’re finished with our hair and everything, it’s already late, which means rushing back to hers to get changed for the night.
“It’s already late, so just go straight to Sin and Obey?” She looks at me, smiling.
“You realise they limit how much you drink, right?” I ask, and she nods.
“Maybe that’s a good thing? I won’t have the hangover from hell tomorrow, and they only do that if you’re booking to use rooms.”
“Okay, Sin and Obey it is,” I say as I tuck my phone into my bag. We leave and grab a cab there, and I can’t help but feel anxious. We came once before, but it was an open evening for people who had never been there.
It was peaceful, quiet, and respectful. Tonight? It’s a normal night, so I have no idea what to expect
