Liam POV He knows exactly what he’s doing. His arms stay firm around me, anchoring me against his chest like I belong there. Like I’m not already melting into him. His thumb strokes lower now, tracing along the edge of my waistband with maddening precision, not going under, not quite, but staying close enough that my whole body is coiled tight. I shift again. Less subtle now. My hips roll forward just a little, searching for relief that isn’t coming. Not yet.
