Anderson's POV Neon lights flickered above as the bass from the speakers reverberated through the hall, giving the entire place an almost surreal glow as clusters of people crowded the dance floor, dancing. At the bar, Lucas and I both threw back shots as the conversation drifted lazily from one topic to another. Then, his eyes shifted across the room, a smile playing on his lips. I followed his gaze, locking onto Cara standing near the dance floor. “You know, if you keep staring that hard, she might just start feeling it on her skin,” I said, setting his glass down.
