Sarah's POV My heart raced in panic as Alaric stepped out of his car, knowing that in that moment of anger, Anderson could spill everything to him. Before I could warn Anderson not to say or do anything that might expose me, Alaric was already standing in front of us, his expression laced with concern. "Sarah? What's wrong?" he asked, scanning my face for answers. "Uhm... Hey." I forced a small smile. "Nothing’s wrong."
