Andi was frustrated. She paced across Marc's living room. "Do you know who delivered that stuff to my place?"
"No."
"Do you know what's in those boxes?"
Marc frowned. "No. Why are you suddenly attacking me?"
"I don't know. Because you're here. And no one else is telling me the truth."
In a few strides, he was standing in front of her. Now Andi kind of wished she'd kept her mouth shut. The intensity of his gaze from across the room was compelling, but up close it struck something deep within her. She couldn't look away. His heat seemed to surround her and tug her closer.
