Chapter 33
Marc pulled into the driveway minutes behind Andi, but she'd already entered the house. Following her had been easy; she hadn't seemed to be aware that he was behind her which didn't surprise him. What did, was that Delilah had called him right after she called Andi, asking him to be there. He had to assume it was honesty time. What she wanted from him he wasn't sure because he would not betray Scott's trust, legal or personal.
Getting out of his car, he closed the door, took a deep breath, and slowly made his way to the door. About to knock, he heard Andi yell.
"What!?"
It was partially open, so he strode through. "Andi? Where are you?"
She stepped into the hallway from his left. "What are you doing here?"
"Following you."
"Great! Do you know what's going on?"
"No idea.
