Maxwell I woke up slowly, noticing the soft morning light sneaking into the room. I shot up immediately, we were not supposed to sleep this long. The last thing I wanted was Rhea showing up and finding her here, that would have turned the whole house upside down. I looked beside me, but the bed was empty. I checked the bathroom but nothing.
