"Why not?"
"Something is going to happen; I can feel it."
"Like what?" I asked, confused as to her uneasiness.
Just as I was about to push her to the back of my mind, she howled in my head.
"Mate!"
Fred
I was ecstatic to have reached the final day of Alpha training today. It has been a difficult but worthwhile two years. The tall, skinny youngster had vanished, and in his place stood a 6'5 wall of tattoos and muscle. Since I have been here for two years, a lot has transpired. Because of the intense training, I have gained weight, acquired some tattoos, and learned a lot more than I did before coming here. I learned a lot from my dad, although he was not a fantastic instructor. Growing up, training was hard, but since I was the Alpha's son, it was harder on me. Having to work twice as hard as the others helped me become ready for what was to come. I took centre stage during the closing ceremony announcements of everyone. I was eager for it to end so I could visit my family again.
my household. I was really missing them. The most genuine and ordinary person you ever meet, my mother was the Luna of the Salloh Hills Pack and would go above and above for anyone. As powerful as they come and with an incredible soul, my father was the Alpha of the Salloh Hills Pack. My father, like my mother, was willing to risk his life to protect the people he loved. He was pleasant, all right, but when the situation arose, he could be a beast. You would wish you had never met him if you got on his bad side. Lam à mix de eux, is how I would want to think. When it gets to me, I can be courteous, but it was playing with fire. Not many have attempted and learned the hard way. The goal of each individual present was to ascend to the position of Alpha within their pack. While I was here, I made some enemies as well as some allies. I was not here to play nice, thus it did not matter to me. My friend Cashton, an ally of the Crystal River Pack, pushed my shoulder, waking me from my reverie.
"Hey. You are receiving calls from them." I shook my head and he said something. I stood and stared at the folks in front of the stage.
"Alpha Fred, having you here with us has been a pleasure and an honour. You have gone a long way since the beginning and will be a fantastic Alpha and ally to any pack." Malthe, an elder, the leader of the Alpha training, stated as he held out his hand to shake mine.
"To be able to learn from someone with your level of authority and experience has been an honour." I grasped his hand and gave it a solid shake.
He gave me a nod, and I moved back to take my seat, allowing the other person to go through the same procedure as me. After thanking everyone for attending and such, the ceremony continued for around one additional hour. My wolf, Hawk, was going crazy in my head, so I was not really listening.
"What is wrong with you?" I asked. I was a little miffed that he chose to act out now rather than after the wedding.
"Something is telling me." Speaking somewhat uncertainly, he said.
"A sensation?"
Like something is about to occur.
"Is it good or bad?" Y inquired. He had always had a talent for Four | Alpha Fred foreseeing favourable or unfavourable events.
"What is bothering me is that I do not know." He sighed. "We must get home as quickly as possible."
"Why? Everything is alright. Jason told me everything was great when we chatted a few hours ago."
After that, we head out. We HAVE to return home!"
"All right."
I rolled my neck to release some of the tension and moaned. He was being a tremendous hassle, more than he typically does.
"You are also not that enjoyable." He spat, then withdrew into the recesses of my consciousness.
"Dude, are you okay?" Cashton tilted his head back and asked again.
I sighed and wiped my face, saying, "Yeah, Hawk is just freaking out."
"When did you last allow him to go outside?"
Before going to bed last night. He continues telling us to return home, as if something is wrong."
"Have you chatted with any pack members?"
Before the wedding, Jason and I had a conversation. He was escorting Kenz to the shore.
Ah, Jason, nice ole boy. He laughed. How gorgeous is Kenzie these days? I turned to see a sneer on his face, and I could not control the growl that came out of my mouth.
Do not talk about Her in that manner." I clinched my teeth since I was now fighting Hawk rather than Cashton.
"Whoa, my brother." Raising his hands, he defended himself. "I did not know you were hot for her."
Never claimed to have done so. No male will ever say such things about her; she is like a little sister."
"How is her partner doing?" He retaliated.
"Please help me, goddess, do not start with me, Cash." I inhaled deeply to help me relax.
"Think of it as dropped." Like usual, he crossed his arms and sulked, murmuring under his breath. He was a huge player, and I felt sorry for his friend, whoever that person was. For as long as I can remember, he has been crushing on Kenz, but she has never considered him to be more than just a buddy. That tiny amount infuriated him.
It was time to call the final person up, so we turned back to the stage. I looked up at the sky and expressed my gratitude to the goddess that everything was finally finished. I made the decision to forego the after-party in order to prepare for my return home. I quickly packed my backpack with everything I owned and tossed it on the passenger's seat before racing to my 2022 Audi R8 Performance Quattro. I left the location I had called home for the last two years in a hurry.
I made a fleeting stop at the gates upon reaching the pack so the guards could see my face.
One guard nodded as he pressed the button, causing the large steel gates to open and saying, "Welcome home, Alpha." I drove slowly, enjoying the surroundings and thinking back on all the old memories.
Upon arriving at the pack house, I observed numerous CUUT Ipha Fred vehicles parked in the driveway and could discern boisterous music emanating from the rear. Kenz and Catherine must be having a graduation celebration since I remembered that it was graduation. After parking in front, I ascended the stairs to reach the entrance. I opened them and made my way through the home. When I got to the back of the house, it was vacant. I noticed something as soon as I stepped outside and inhaled deeply.
"Here she is!" Hawk's mind went crazy.
"Who?" I inquired, glancing around.
"Sir!"
My friend was present. Was she one of my group or another, I wondered. I navigated the throng of people to find that delightful scent. It took me around the side of the pack house, where I could hear a quarrel between two persons. My blood burned at what I saw as soon as I turned the corner, even though I could not hear their voices above the music.
