Caleb spent two months recruiting people to meet his system levelling requirements while Helen and Jason locked themselves in the lab. Lewis and Zephyr helped him greatly in the campaign to reach out to more camps outside of New York City and they were able to intimidate the army into retreating from the city. Caleb’s influence grew exponentially ever since he announced on his survival blog that New York City was 100% ghoul-free and that he was going to start expanding the ghoul-cleaning campaign outside of the city’s boundaries. Many camps that settled near New York City signed up for the assistance and exchange program. They sent representatives to New York City to learn their system while Caleb scheduled ghoul exterminating exercises for the hunters according to the areas he wanted to
